Zumbathon!

To celebrate the succes of Zumba at our Y and offer a "cabin fever reliever" event to raise funds for our annual support drive, we thought we have a Zumbathon! All proceeds will benefit our 2010 Strong Kids Campaign, which helps the KV YMCA give membership and program scholarships to those in our community that need us most.
Suggested Donations: $12 in advance (by March 25) or $18 at the door.
The first 50 pre-registrants will receive cool Zumba® wristbands!
Our vision is to create the best party around with 200 or more bodies, teens and adults, members and non-members, all in the Augusta gym having a blast! Great music will be provided by DJ Michael Fortin and our Zumba® certified instructor team will share the stage and take turns leading the workout. There will be some guest appearances too...To get involved, or for more info, don't hesitate to contact trish@kvymca.org.

Details: Calling all kids in grades 4-8! Join us for some fun during February School Vacation at the Augusta KV YMCA. Sports & Games will give your child a chance to play a variety of sports and games with their friends and make some new friends while at it. Program Members: $5/day or $20/week; Members $4/day or $15/week.

April Vacation Fun Days

Details: Vacation Fun Days at the Augusta KV YMCA provide great fun during school vacations for children in grades Kindergarten through age 12. Pre-registration is required, and starts January 15. Terrific trips are planned for each day as well as crafts, gym and outdoor games, contests, drama and initiative games. Program Members: $33/day; Members $27/day.

Youth Programming
Youth programming is designed to be interactive and developmental in nature. Programs are fun, exciting, healthy and rewarding.
Winter I Session Dates: January 4-February 27, 2010
Spring I Session Dates: March 1-April 17, 2010
Please Note: 5 pre-registrants are required for each 7 week session in order to run each class. Classes not meeting minimum may be canceled. A $7 program change fee may be assessed for program changes (made at the request of the member) after the session has begun.
School Vacation Fun Days (grades K-age 12)

Girl Power gives young girls the opportunity to come and connect with other girls while enjoying different hobbies and having discussions about everyday life and what it's like just being a girl! They will get the chance to keep a journal of their thoughts and feelings, make jewelry and enjoy just being around a group of girlfriends!
