Intro to Belly Dancing

This is an elegant style belly dancing that honors the body. The instructor draws from her experience with Tribal Fusion movements, American Cabaret fundamentals and authentic Arabic dance. Beginner basics, layered choreography and the use of props will make for relaxed yet challenging and motivational class setting.
Int./Adv. Pilates
Session: Summer I or II only

If you've been taking "Intro./Beg. Pilates" classes for a while now and would like to advance your skills and see greater results, consider this option. As assortment of props will be used to add dimension to the routine.
Drop ins/pay by the class is allowed on a space-available basis: $5/members or $8/program members.
Basic Yoga

Do you want to build both strength and flexibility? Power Yoga does both, and if you are new to yoga, this is the time to sign up. This class teaches the basics. You'll feel stronger and more flexible after beginning this practice, derived from Baron Baptiste's flowing, aerobic style set to music. It's sure to be a hit!

Vinyasa Yoga (Advanced Beg./Int.)

Expect movement and variety, not just stretching with this style of yoga. This class will move at a faster paced Vinyasa, or breath-synchronized movement, allowing yoga practitioners with beginner level experience to progress.
