Program Registration & Membership Policies
- Fee-related programs include: Swim
lessons, dance, gymnastics, martial arts classes, youth/adult sports,
youth/family and/or fitness specialty classes & special events.

Class fees must be paid at the time of the
registration to secure your enrollment. A processing fee of $7.00 per class will be charged for all program changes made by program participants, including a change of time.

We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule or
combine classes that do not have sufficient enrollment (credits or refunds
are issued in these instances).

No refunds or credits are given for
individual classes missed.

Classes cancelled due to inclement weather or
pool problems will be rescheduled/made up when possible.

30-day written notice is required to change or
cancel auto draft memberships.

Membership at the KV YMCA includes the use of
both the Augusta and Manchester branches.
"Open Doors" Scholarship Program
We strive to serve all segments of the community within our available resources & are here for people from all walks of life-in good times & in bad. No one is turned away for lack of ability to pay full membership rates. The application process is private & confidential; please ask for an “Open Doors” application at the Membership Services Desk.
