The following organizations are now referred to as Employee Wellness Partners (a.k.a. Corporate Members). Individual employees from these organizations are allowed a 10% reduction on draft rates or PIF annual memberships. A minimum of 5 employees from each must be maintained for the discount to stay in effect. An employee ID or pay stub is required (please attach copy of proof of employment to the membership application).
