Youth Dance Programs

Spring II Session Dates:  April 26-June 12

Please Note:  5 pre-registrants are required for each 7 week session in order to run each class.   Classes not meeting minimum may be cancelled.  A $7 program change fee may be assessed for program changes (made at the request of the member) after the session has begun.

Move & Groove (all ages)
Session: Spring II
Location: Augusta Studio
Time: Saturday, 12-12:30 p.m.
Full Member: $20
Program Member: $45
Instructor: Angela DiBenedetti

The move and groove program is a dance class designed for the parent and child to participate in together.  We incorporate stretching exercisese for the upper and lower body, jazz and hip hop moves that are fun and geared to all ages.


Hip Hop (ages 9-12)
Session: Spring II
Location: Augusta Studio
Time: Saturday, 10-10:30 a.m.
Full Member: $20

Come try the biggest craze in the dance world.  Boys and girls alike will love learning the latest popular hop hop moves as well as tradtional jazz.


Hip Hop (ages 6-8)
Session: Spring II
Location: Augusta Studio
Time: Saturday, 9:30-10:00 a.m.
Full Member: $20
Program Member: $45
Instructor: Angela DiBenedetti

Ballet/Tap (ages 6-8)

Time: Saturday, 9-9:30 a.m.

Fun laid back approach to teaching ballet and tap.  Instructor will alternate weeks between tap and ballet.


Combo Class: Ballet and Tap (ages 3-4)
Session: Spring II
Location: Augusta Studio, Manchester Studio
Time: Augusta Studio:
Saturday, 11:00-11:30 a.m.-12 p.m.
Tuesday, 3-3:30 p.m.
Full Member: $20

This class introduces children to different styles of dance. Children are sure to smile as they learn how to make their feet make music through the art of Tap dancing. They will also love moving, rolling and stretching as the instructor introduces Acrobatics. Ballet and classic games like the Hokey Pokey and Chicken Dance will also be taught for their enjoyment.
