Indoor Cycling and Summer Triathlon Training Programs
Summer I Session Dates: June 14-July 17, 2010
Summer II Session Dates: July 19-August 14, 2010
Please Note: 6 pre-registrants are required for each 7- or 4- week session in order to run each class. Indoor Cycling classes can take a maximum of 10 registrants. Classes not meeting minimum may be cancelled. A $7 program change fee may be assessed for program changes (made at the request of the member) after the session has begun.
Lunchtime Ride+
Session: Summer I or II
Location: Augusta Multi-Purpose Room
Time: Tuesday and Thursday, 12:15-1 p.m.
Full Member: $49/Spring II; $35 Summer I or II
Program Member: $74/Spring II; $53 Summer I or II
Instructor: Eric Yandian
(No fit pass or pay by the class option.)
This cycling class includes pre- and post-body fat measurements and BMI. This new class offers those who might not be able to tolerate the impact of other aerobic classes with a great way to lose weight, get conditioned and have fun on your lunch hour with the guidance and motivation of a certified Personal Trainer/Cycling Intstructor. Summer Triathlon Training "Cross-Terraining" Workouts
Session: Summer I or II only
Location: Augusta Multi-Purpose Room
Time: Tuesday and Thursday, 6:30-7:30 p.m. or Monday and Wednesday, 6-7 a.m.
Full Member: $43/Summer I or II (per each 2 day option)
Program Member: $68/Summer I or II (per each 2 day option)

(No Fit Pass or pay by the class option.)
Are you game for mixing it up, depending on the weather, and want the camaraderie of an instructor-led group? These classes will take you outdoors on the green space for cardio calisthenics, walk/jog/run intervals on the rail train and back indoors for some core and strength training. Indoor group cycling, lap swimming and outdoor rides will be options too, given weather conditions, group size and consensus. (Have all your gear with you when you attend classes).
