PERSONAL EMPOWERMENT WORKSHOP

The Kennebec Valley YMCA

invites you to experience a

Personal Empowerment Workshop!

MONDAY MAY 12, 2008  

6:00-8:30 PM         

AUGUSTA Y Board Room

Presented by Tom J. Caron, motivational speaker and weight-loss facilitator, with over 22 years experience.  Tom is a very committed member of our KV YMCA fitness programs.

This workshop will consist of group participation and interactive exercises aimed at:

• understanding our “belief systems” and how they control us
• changing unwanted behaviors
• creating and achieving goals

TEEN NIGHT

Teen Night At Augusta Campus

Who can come? 14 year olds – Seniors in High School

Activities will include Dodge Ball, Walley Ball, Swim, Watch Movies and more.

Time:   Saturday May 3rd 7:00 – 10:00 P

Cost:  YMCA Members-Free

            Program Members - $2

            Non-Members - $5

SPRING 2 PROGRAM REGISTRATION

Program registration for the Spring session begins as follows:

Full YMCA Members ~ April 12, 2008 at 8:00am

Program Members ~ April 19, 2008 at 8:00am

The first day of the Spring session is Saturday, April 26, 2008

 

KAYAKING CLINIC

Starting in April the Kennebec Valley YMCA will be hosting a Kayaking Clinic every Sunday from 4-6PM in the Competition Pool.  A fee of $10 per day will be applied.  Kayaks will be provided, you also may bring your own kayak.
